The 2011 Boys' Red team had an exciting & successful Fall 2021.

Boys 2011 Red

Things got off to a great start winning the Montville Labor Day Tournament.

The boys carried that momentum to finish on top of their EDP flight with a strong 9-1-0 record. Along the way, they overcame some injuries to key players and pulled together to keep on winning. Big thanks to our friends on 2011 White & Black and 2012 Red who helped us thru our injuries crisis. Torpedoes really is one club, one family! Thanks to Coach Argjent for leading the way!

Congratulations to our Boys 2012 Red team, who went undefeated in EDP North Flight 2

2012 Boys Red

with 8 wins and 2 ties!

We are also very proud of Russell Farr's 2012 Girls' Red Team who, over the course of the Fall Season, went undefeated, winning 23 games and tying three. They scored 106 goals, amassed 80 assists, and only conceded 21 goals, won 2 League Titles (playing in the top flighted for their age group in EDP and NCSANJ) as undefeated champions, and went undefeated in TWO tournaments playing a year up (Parsippany and Harvestfest). Congratulations to these little beasts!!!

Congratulations to our Torpedoes U8 Boys - Beatty, who won their Northern Counties U8C flight!!!

The 2009 Boys team, coached by Luke Terkowski, won the 2021 Princeton Cup in the top bracket in November. This completed a successful fall campaign, where they won all three tournaments they participated in: EDP Kick-off, EDP Fall Classic and the Princeton Cup.

Congratulations to Steve Ryan's 2010 Girls' Red Torpedoes, who won the North Rockland

Harvestfest Tournament in style! These warriors went undefeated, winning 2-1 over New Canaan FC, 2-1 over North Rockland Stars, and 5-0 over Clifton Stallions. We are so proud of them!!!

2013 Boys Red Recap: This fall season was nothing short of incredible for this group. Playing in two leagues and two Top tournaments the boys played in 26 games. Along the way they became winners in NCSA A Flight, EDP Premier League , Lou Ramos Cup and capping it off with the EDP Cup Fall Championship taking down MLS Academy Philadelphia Union in the final. An incredible team with some fantastic players they were able to battle and take down all of the top teams in the Region. Playing at the highest level in all of the Top Flights they averaged 6 goals a game with only 1 against. In total, they scored 168 goals with only 45 against. Their overall record was 24-1-1. They also avenged their only loss and tie by beating both of the teams. This team can proudly say that they beat every team they played this season. A special thank you to their trainer and coach, Argjent Duka. Arg’s time and effort with this team allowed the boys to succeed at the highest level. They were prepared and ready for every game which is a testament to Argjent’s coaching ability and the nature of the boys. Also a BIG thank you to all of the parents for the never ending support throughout the entire season. NCSA A Flight, EDP Premier, Lou Ramos Cup, EDP Cup Fall Champions 168 goals scored 45 goals against 24-1-1

Our 2013 (U9) Girls Red team’s accomplishments this season

included placing second in the STA Kick Off tournament (Central Park of Morris County), placing second in the EDP Cup Fall 2021 (Hammonton, NJ) (they lost in penalty kicks), and coming in as First Place Champions in their Northern Counties Top Flight!

Coach Argjent's 2014 Red Boys finished first in their Northern Counties Division, playing up in U9. Their record was 10-0 with 66 goals for and only 10 goals against. Additionally, they competed in the Montville Labor Day and Parsippany Pride tournaments in the U9 brackets and won both tournaments.

2010 Boys Red Recap:

A very packed season and if we included tournaments a total of 28 games.....Winners in FC BERNA, Princeton Super Cup, EDP fall Kick-Off tournaments and the pinnacle of becoming the NCS NJ State Champions.

Averaging almost 3 goals a game the team played with aggressive attacking style which was great to see. A small squad, ( smallest against anyone we played), they dealt with Injuries to key players, 4 hr round trips to games, late night friday games and played and beat the strongest opposition in the state.

Special shout out goes to the coach Luke Terkowski and Andy Meaney ( filling in for 2 games) for the commitment and dedication to deliver such a great season. Also a special mention to all the parents who conducted themselves with class on the side line all season and brought the kids to every practice and game.

2008 Boys Red:

Coming off 2 wins and a tie in Austin, the 2008B headed to Orlando in search of a place in Nationals this Summer. The weekend started in dramatic fashion on Saturday against Regionals Champions Brentwood, who knocked Torpedoes out of Regionals at the quarter finals stage last Summer. Torpedoes found themselves a goal down and a player down in the first 20 mins. The red card issued for a handball, stopping the ball from going in. The resulting PK was saved by Goalkeeper Cody Herman which seemed to wake up and revitalize the Torpedoes boys. The second half even though a player down saw Torpedoes dominate and goals from John Semelsberger and Owen Morycz gave Torpedoes a dramatic 2-1 victory. On Sunday the Torpedoes boys ran out 4-1 winners over Allegiance from Texas with 2 goals a piece from PJ Terranova and Victor Mosquera. Monday left it all to play for with Torpedoes knowing a win against Texas State Champs DKSC would seal a place in this summer nationals. The game did not get off to a great start with Torpedoes finding themselves 2-0 down in the first 20 minutes. But with 10 minutes remaining in the first half Torpedoes turned the game on its head with 3 goals in 10 minutes from Victor Mosquera, Joey Andicochea and John Semelsberger. The 2nd and 3rd goals set up by fantastic runs by Caden O'Connell. Torpedoes battled hard in the second half against an extremely talented team and unfortunately 2 goals in the final 15 minutes saw DKSC run out 4-3 winners and take the place in nationals. Coach Andy Meaney said "I could not be prouder of the effort the boys put in both in Austin and Orlando. To be so close to making Nationals and just miss out at the end was heartbreaking, but the boys played some great soccer and showed great character against some fantastic teams" The 08B will now train hard in the winter and look forward to more success in the Spring Season.
